Once we bought the original game, because it was outstanding.
We bought a new CD/DVD hardware device also, just in order to have it deal with the insane copy protection mechanism, mostly based on intentionally crapped sector addressing on the delivered media.
We bought the Black Knight Extension pack, because a strong community claimed to have it in order to join several community warfare activities. So far, so fun!
Finally, we even bought both the totally overpriced Inner Sphere and Clan Mech packs, just to be able to keep on playing with the community and great experience. We mostly ignored that we did't receive any appropriate value for the money by those packs.
All the way down to this point, we never stopped claiming any form of damaging hardware for copy protection was nothing but pure crap, for the reason that it was punishing the loyals only, on top of that forcing piracy activities, and finally throwing a big risk to each and every loyal customer's PC by the inherent poor programming of those tools regarding security means. All we got told was 'shut up, pay, then play, guys... piracy is evil.'.
Now and finally all we can do is lifting one eyebrow like Mr. Spock (R.I.P. Leonard Nimoy), totally fascinated by the result of M$ appreciating copy protection as being a risk and crap (overdue however!), hence finding ourselves with any support for it removed from Windows being left alone with absolutely zero value for the money.

Great Job. Thanks, guys.
